About Us

Our Story

For almost 2 decades, I have managed commercial properties in Colorado Springs.
During this time, I have managed over 30 properties totaling more than 1.5 million square feet.
These properties have ranged from neighborhood shopping centers to
downtown office buildings to large medical office buildings.
I have managed properties for individual owners as well as national REITs.
Tenants that I have managed include mom & pop businesses, national chains, large surgery centers, and
government contractors.  I have also overseen capital expenditures such as major parking lot and roofing replacements,
tenant suite buildouts from 1,200 SF up to 30,000 SF, and ADA compliance projects.

I began my career with a local family-owned full-service brokerage house learning the foundations of property management.
After 8 years I was blessed with the opportunity to join a large corporate firm and build my
management skills under the tutelage of amazing mentors with decades of experience.
With 11 more years of experience, and having been honored to have advanced into a senior management position,
I felt the time was right to branch out on my own.
My wife and I started Nease Property Management as a family business
that we can grow and work together every day, and we look forward to having our children join us
in the near future.

To us property management is all about relationships.
Understanding our owners’ goals for their assets and working with them to accomplish those goals.
Caring for our owners’ tenants so they can succeed in their respective businesses knowing that they do not have to worry about property concerns.  Partnering with vendors to provide the best services to maintain our owners’ assets at the highest level. Combining all these elements, our goal is to add value to our owners’ assets to increase their return on investment.
How do we do this? By treating every property we manage as if it were our own.
When we take this approach, we can truly look at your property from an owner’s perspective in decision-making
rather than just another property to be managed.
